Job Profile
Reporting to: Chief Accountant
Location: Dar-es- Salaam-Tanzania
Education
Holder of Bachelor of Degree of Commerce major in
Accounting or Finance, post graduate Diploma of its equivalent from a reputable and recognized higher learning institution. .
Qualification:
ACCA/CPA or equivalent.
4-5 Years' Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintenance and reconciliation of Stock control ledgers
Responsible for costing of the products.
Maintained supplier ledger and other payable account.
Maintain the prepaid and advances ledgers.
Maintain Debtors control Accounts.
Handling Statuary account like PAYE /NSSF/SDL / VAT and other taxes.
Preparation and analysis of Management Information Report.
Undertake monthly stock taking and reconciliation of stock balances
Responsible for Reconciliation of third party stock
Analysis the variance in stocks ,and fix it
Any other duties as may be assigned by supervisor from time to time
