Yes Rwanda and Tanzania are brothers and that can be tested by the history when this fellow were fighting for their liberation we supported them!! and without doughty we recognize their broblem!! but every one in this region know where the genocide government where using the port to get weapon even where some of forgitive are still hiding !!!we call this fellow of ours opportunist!!!!they put the human being value bellow the gain.... so sorry we have a very strong leaders now ok viva kagama museveni and Maguuuuu.
